Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive an order confirmation immediately via email
How can I update my account information?
Visit the ‘My Account’ link in the website header at https://www.safetysignsdublin.ie/myaccount/ – once you have logged in you can view historical orders, saved addresses, payment methods and under Account Details you can update your name and email address.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is provided by An Post, which will be passed on to you and you will be advised when the shipment has been dispatched.
What payment options do you offer?
Our main payment method is Credit or Debit Cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. All online payments can be made through Stripe using a credit card. There are no surcharges for any of our payment methods.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Option one Local pick up is FREE from our workshop.
Shipping fee depends on the item weight and location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Orders are usually dispatched next working day, but our delivery aim is 3-5 working days. Sometimes we utilise a 24-hour courier service for larger consignments over 2 Kg.
Do you deliver outside of the IRL?
Unfortunately no.
Do you offer a next day or same-day delivery service?
Cut off times for next day delivery is usually 1pm. Same day services are not available.
Is it possible to customise a product?

Do you have a minimum order quantity or cost?
No, we don’t have a minimum order quantity or cost but shipping fees apply. See our shipping page.
